Questions
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card goes in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phones. Anyone else gets the same card as a web page.
What do my staff need?
Any phone or tablet with a camera. They open the staff app, sign in with a 4-digit PIN and scan the customer's card.
Can I send offers?
Yes, to customers who agreed to get them, like double stamps on a slow afternoon. The offer shows up on the card on their phone.
Can I give stamps for Google reviews?
No. Google doesn't allow rewards for reviews, and it can hurt your listing. You can give a bonus for visits instead, like a welcome stamp or a birthday treat.
Who owns the customer list?
You do. You can export it any time. Customer details are stored in Canada and never sold.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month and can cancel any time. Your plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for.
